Impact
How the work creates value
This section highlights the recurring outcomes across roles: stronger quality systems, better automation capability, higher delivery confidence, and change that teams can sustain.
Built and grew QALens, a QA engineering community
Beyond my day roles, I founded and run QALens, a content and practice platform for testers, SDETs, and QA leaders, and authored Corr, an open-source JPL-based test-data and service-virtualization tool used across it.
50+ sessions, blogs, katas, and tools published, a growing Discord community, and complete documentation for Corr, all built and maintained end to end by me.
Built and led quality practices at organization scale
Across consulting and product environments, I have owned quality direction beyond individual projects.
This has included defining testing operating models, leading divisions, mentoring managers, and aligning quality goals with business objectives.
Turned automation into an organizational capability
My work has ranged from enterprise test automation to hands-on framework and tool development.
That includes leading low-code automation product direction, establishing enterprise automation strategies, and scaling UI, API, and platform-level automation.
Improved delivery confidence through systems thinking
Quality outcomes improve when engineering, DevOps, architecture, and feedback loops are treated as one system.
I have repeatedly worked across CI/CD, architecture, performance, and team practices to improve release confidence and engineering effectiveness.
Led change initiatives in context, not by template
My profile is strongest when organizations need quality transformation that respects their domain, team shape, and maturity.
I help define practical strategies that teams can adopt and sustain, rather than process overhead that looks good only on slides.
